Dro, also known as Dimelo Dro, is a Nicaraguan-American independent artist, songwriter, and producer, born in Miami and raised across Broward and Palm Beach.

He started writing poetry at 15. Today he blends Latin pop, R&B, reggaetón, and trap soul, and writes, produces, and engineers all of his own music.

In 2020 he founded the clothing brand Brickboy and the independent label NVO Sound. His catalog includes the Dimelo, Alejandro, and Papi series.
